Completed - Due to the nationwide Covid-19 lockdown, the scheduled patching of the Hamilton vCenter and SSO appliances is going to be postponed.
Once the lockdown has been lifted, we will reschedule this work.

Scheduled - We are patching the Hamilton vCenter and SSO virtual appliances. This work has no impact on the running of customer virtual servers, but will mean that management of the workloads including provisioning, snapshots and reconfiguration will not be possible during this maintenance window.
Please ensure that any planned maintenance of your virtual servers is not scheduled for this maintenance window.

Update - Phone calling has been stable so far this morning. Our upstream provider is continuing to monitor the situation and put remedies in place to increase capacity and handle large call volumes. We will update you through this channel if the situation changes.

Monitoring - We are seeing a lot of inbound calling is connecting now. Outbound calling is still somewhat delayed but calls are being delivered. We will continue to monitor the situation. Our upstream provider has applied a temporary fix and expects call flow to start returning to normal.

Identified - Our upstream provider has identified an unusual and significant spike in call load which has resulted in an overload of the voice platform. This resulted in customers unable to make or receive voice calls.

They are working urgently with their upstream providers and carriers to isolate this load and remedy the situation as soon as possible.

Identified - Our upstream providing has identified the issue and most calling is working. We think there might still be an issue with calls to mobile which will hopefully be fixed shortly.

Investigating - Our upstream Voice provider is experiencing issues with sending and receiving voice calls at this time. This seems to be affecting almost all voice calls. Investigation is underway and we will provide updates as they become available. We do apologise for the disruption this event will be causing.

Completed - The "Day-0" patch has been successfully applied to the Hamilton vGRID Cloud Connect platform . Accounts have been re-enabled and copy jobs have restarted.

Scheduled - We are applying the "Day-0" patch to the Hamilton vGRID Cloud Connect platform. This will bring the platform up to date with the current release - version 10 (GA) build 4461.
The platform will be taken offline and all accounts disabled during the maintenance window. We expect the update and system checks to take about two hours. Once completed, the services will be brought back online and your backup copy jobs will resume automatically.

Scheduled - We need to update routing with our Internet service provider in Auckland. This work will require an outage of up to 30 minutes during the scheduled change period.
