vCenter STS Certificate Update - Auckland from 2024-07-08 14:00 NZST to 2024-07-08 15:00 NZST

This maintenance is now starting as planned.

We are updating the vCenter Security Token Service (STS) certificate in Auckland, which will require a reboot of the vCenter to complete.

During the maintenance window we will be disabling access to the Auckland VMware Cloud Director portal (VCD) and disabling any Veeam Cloud Connect accounts that have replication jobs. This is to ensure that there are no active tasks occurring on the vCenter when we update the certificate and reboot it.
All virtual machines will continue to function normally throughout the maintenance window. Only management and operational tasks that are preformed within VMWare Cloud Director will not be able to occur during the update.
Once the vCenter is back online, system checks will be carried out to confirm full functionality and access will be re-enabled.
