vGRID DPS Platform Auckland - Server Migration from 2024-09-29 10:00 NZDT to 2024-09-29 12:05 NZDT

We were not able to successfully migrate the server. So we have rolled back and brought the server backup on the original infrastructure.
We have collected logs / information around the issue that we had and will be lodging a support ticket with the software vendor to determine the root cause / steps to mitigate the issue.

The platform is fully operational. All services are now back online and functioning normally.

This maintenance is now starting as planned.

We will be migrating one of the servers that manages the vGRID DPS Platform located in the Auckland Data Centre.

During the maintenance window, the Cloud Connect services will be taken offline and will be unavailable to do backups, restores, or replications . The server will to be powered off and then migrated. We expect that this migration & testing to take up to three hours.
Once the migration and checks to confirm that it is fully operational and working correctly, the services will be brought back online allowing the job to run again.
