vGRID DPS Platform Auckland Upgrade (M365 Backup) from 2025-07-23 09:00 NZST to 2025-07-23 15:00 NZST

This maintenance has been concluded as planned.

The original issue that prevented the upgrade was found and mitigated.

The system has now been upgraded to version 8, however we have an outstanding issue relating to the cache. This is causing the backup jobs to take quite a bit long to run.
We are working with Veeam support on this issue.

All other Veeam Cloud Connect services have been re-enabled

We have had to roll back from this upgrade and continue to work on technical issues.

We will be applying the latest updates to vGRID DPS Backup for M365 Platform located in the Auckland Data Centre.
The update(s) include security, feature and stability improvements that are critical to maintaining a supported and reliable platform.

During the maintenance window, the services will be taken offline and will be unavailable. Upon the completion, the services will be brought back online.
