WIPL Switch Replacement from 2025-07-26 14:00 NZST to 2025-07-26 16:11 NZST

The switch interconnect moves have now been completed with all connections are up and working.

This maintenance is now starting as planned.

We are replacing the edge switching equipment at Waikato Innovation Park.
This involves moving switch interconnects and a fibre patch panel to the new rack where the new switch is located. This will affect all ‘vGRID Park Access’ connections.

• Connections located in the Torutek building will have an outage up to 20 mins.
• Connections located in the Skypoint and Tetra Pak buildings will have an outage up to 45 mins.
