An issue with the maintenance that was being preformed was discovered and the changes were rolled back.

We will be investigating the issue and once a resolution has been determined, we will schedule a new maintenance window.

The FTP service is now back up and running.

We expect the FTP service will be offline for up to 30 mins during the maintenance window, while the changes to the server are made and testing to confirm full functionality is performed after the change.
