Non-impact Maintenance: Storage Upgrade - Auckland from 2026-03-28 10:00 NZDT to 2026-03-28 11:26 NZDT

We have completed upgrading our Storage Platform - Auckland.

Services are online and running normally.

This maintenance is now starting as planned.

We will be performing an online upgrade on HPE Alletra 5030 SAN Storage Array located in our Auckland Data Centre. This upgrade is to maintain operational support and efficiencies.
This is an automated process involving the new code to be staged on each controller node, rebooting them one at a time and checking that it is operational after reboot.

A detailed check of all components of the Storage array and systems that are connected to it will be actioned upon completion of the upgrade.
No service impact is expected. Both performance and access will remain normal throughout the update
