To mitigate the risk of a fibre cut impacting the delivery of vGRID Ultra Fast Broadband services to the Bay of Plenty region we have provisioned a backup fibre link that follows a diverse path. This circuit is now in place and we need to update our configuration to make it available as an automatic backup path.
During the schedule maintenance window there will be a small number of service breaks while the configuration is loaded and tested. These disruptions should only be for 1-2 minutes at most.
