After investigating an issue with our primary SBC, we have a requirement to upgrade the operating systems of both of our SBC’s on the Hamilton Voice Platform.
All customers connecting to our primary SBC may experience an outage of up to 5 minutes on both incoming and outgoing calls during the maintenance window. If the customer PBX supports dual trunk configuration any new incoming calls will be connected via the secondary SBC. Otherwise, incoming calls will go to fall-back numbers if available.
