vGRID Voice Services

vGRID Voice Services experienced a disruption this morning. Some customers reported hearing voice prompt of insufficient credit when making outbound calls.

This was due to an outage that occurred at upstream’s voice network, which has now been reportedly resolved. We are monitoring this at the moment.
